With structured weekly meetings by phone, we ensure our teams are working towards our common goals of excellent performance, service, and availability. In addition to the day-to-day supervision and guidance, ATM managers will speak with ATM employees a minimum of once per day by phone. Our employees will comply with our regular office hours which will remain 8:00 a.m. You can continue to contact ATM staff by email or leave a message on their voice mail. While it is a complex shift to make on such a large scale, we are committed to working closely with our employees and clients to execute this shift as smoothly as possible and to strive to deliver the highest levels of performance, service, and availability. Effective immediately, in addition to educating our employees on COVID-19 symptoms and healthy safety practices to reduce the possibility of infection, most ATM employees are equipped to work remotely and will be doing so until further notice.
Second, at ATM we are focused on the health and safety of our employees, families, and communities. We are truly thankful for and inspired by the selfless healthcare workers around the world who are on the front lines working tirelessly to care for people in need. Our thoughts are especially with those who are sick, to whom we extend our heartfelt wishes for a full recovery.
