(I wish for the love of Christ, I got the game for free. At least you will have the same advantage of ignoring wind physics. You'll find the same wind defying mechanics there as they gave the NPC boats in this one no. It's expensive and growing cheesier by the day. Unless of course all you want to do is sail about and sink ships with no direction in life. There is no such thing as solo play in this any more for new people. 300 players on a war server with 30 different clans, no one is ever on to help one another, save for maybe a pair of random friends. Forcing them to find themselves a guild that has enough active players on line at a time whos goals align. I don't know if the devs are aware, but they effectively locked new players out of crafting all together by making it impossible for a noob to acquire the special money to get started.

They butchered the crafting to a point no one bothers with it. arrowforward Warships Universe is MMO naval action game with online sea battles. Again, it sailed as if game physics didn't apply at about 13 nots, crossing the wind with ease.

So I thought it was my imagination and I entered battle with a L'Ocian. I know i will get alot of hate for this, but with the crontrols and graphics in naval action the ps4 would be a great platform. I watched in wonder as the ship crossed against the wind with absolute impunity, Repeatedly I marveled at how it did not drop in speed as it SAILED DIRECTLY INTO THE WIND. My first battle with and Endymion upon my return was informative. Naval Action is an MMO (Massive Multi-player Online) simulation game created by Game-Labs. I recently returned and found 3/4 of the population left and it didn't take long to figure out why.

If you are looking for a free game to enjoy look elsewhere, this game is not worth your time. It's very time consuming, high learning curve, very experienced players and extremely punishing for beginners and thus not recommended to new players. The graphics are also great considering the age of the game and the fact that it's free.īut to sum it all up, if you have played this game before and already have a character then you can most surely play this game and enjoy it but if you are a new player this game is not for you. As already stated, the concept of the game is really cool and fascinating. Even if you avoid players (PVP) and luckily don't get attacked early on and you save up enough money (after hours of gameplay) to buy a new ship which is not the beginners ship all it takes is for a veteran player to attack you and you´re back at square one. Since the player base is so low and most of these players are very experienced, there is no room for new players to grow, learn the game and play it while also having fun.
The concept of the game is really cool and appealing but the game is too punishing for beginners and new players.
